As you go on with your relationship, you notice some signs whether you are destined to be together or not. Here are 20 signs that you are really meant for each other:

#1  You share the same interests most of the time. Both of you may enjoy biking, watching movie, travelling, listening to music, playing a certain sport, or reading books. Sharing the same interests would give you the chance to do things together and enjoy each other's company.

#2  But sometimes you don't. Guys don't have to be a hypocrite when girls ask them to go shopping with them. Likewise to girls when their men ask them to play DOTA on a weekend. But appreciating each other's personal wants and allowing their partners to do things they love is just so nurturing.

#3  Oftentimes you disagree but you know how to compromise. Respecting each other's difference is the key towards longevity of your relationship. You might not have the same opinions every time but at least listen to each other's point of view and learn to meet halfway.

#4  No one else comes close. Yes, this song! Third party issues are always a dead end. Yet cheating can only happen if you consent it. In a true relationship, you are assured by your partner that you are not his/her best because you are the ONLY ONE. Besides, you can also sense it if it is already existing in your relationship. Don't play deaf and blind!

#5  You choose to be together. Whether it's a big event or a simple barkada gathering but you are sick or just need some company, your partner would rather be with you. Sometimes, they do this to avoid any arguments but the mere thought of this counts a lot! So be able to return the favor when it happens to you.

#6  You laugh at each other's jokes. No matter how shallow, "corny", or stupid the joke is, you still laugh at it. You never grow tired of each other.

#7  You can never be too busy when it comes to your partner. Believe me, it's true! Even when I host a party or do the laundry, I would always make sure I reply his text messages or answer his call. So if someone tells you he/she is too busy to text you today, maybe he/she is up to something else. Even the busiest person can text someone good night before he sleeps. Remember if there's a will, there's a way.

#8  You tell each other your email and FB passwords and you can always exchange cellphones. Privacy issues? Oh, come on! If there is nothing to hide, then what are you afraid of? Guilt-free people are the happiest and worry-free.

#9  You can fart or pick your nose without making you less attractive. Doing these carefree actions without being judged or criticized by your partner makes you a happy, contented couple.

#10 You have seen each other at your ugliest but still love each other. It's when you don't wear make-up or even put on your lipstick or when you have a bad hair day but your partner would still say, "You look good today!" But of course, not in a sarcastic tone.

#11 You want to dress up and look handsome to your partner. There will be days when you want to impress your partner with your new T-shirt or blouse or your new pink lipstick.

#12  You still get jealous at times. Occasional jealousy means your relationship is a healthy one. A person gets jealous not because the other person is cheating. It is because he/she cares for him/her. Just make sure you don't overdo the "jealousy thing" by turning small issues into big ones.

#13  You are comfortable with each other's families. Just take the song "Rude" as an example. Her father does not want him so the former becomes rude to the latter. It is always best to get the approval and blessing of your partner's family. These things are rather gained, not asked.

#14  You are comfortable with each other's friends. Both of you have your own circle of friends before your relationship started. Now that you are one, it would be best if you befriend each other's peers. The more the merrier, isn't it?

#15  God is the center. You pray together and you pray for each other's betterment. You place God in the middle of your relationship that whatever plans you have, you pray that He may bless both of you.

#16  You work together for your future. It is very easy to say "I wanna marry you!" or "I wanna be with you for the rest of my life." It takes a lot of patience and hard work to build a good future and you don't want your future to be bleak, am I right? A good relationship is when you learn to be patient for the right time. You do not immediately decide on things just because you feel very head over heels with your partner. Love is not only about feelings. Later on, you will realize it is more about choices and making right decisions.

#17  You enjoy moments of silence. You don't have to feel obliged to talk every time it gets quiet. Sometimes, a little silence and gap make you appreciate the beauty of the surroundings as well as the warmth of each other's hands.

#18  He/She makes you a better person.  Because of him/her, you quit your bad habits. You become more health-conscious and you stop your vices. You are doing this not because you want to impress your partner, but because you realize the importance of yourself. You need to live long for your partner.

#19  He/She shares secrets to you that he/she doesn't tell anyone. Trust makes this thing possible. Your partner trusts you and knows that he/she can count on you for pieces of advice.

#20  There was never a major fight in your relationship. You might have fought over which restaurant to dine that night or why you did not want to watch his favorite movie but you never fought over a friend's very meaningful and sweet messages. There was never an issue on cheating or other worse stuffs. As for me, cheating can be the worst nightmare. Having no money is better than seeing your partner happy with someone else. At least, we can work hard together to earn a living. Once trust is broken, it's hard to fix it. You might be able to reconcile, but time will come when past issues are brought back.

Every relationship is unique but I believe if you are really meant for each other, majority of the above-mentioned signs are there. If you don't see these things in your relationship, maybe it is a sign that you have to let go of it.
